3. Pace Yourself.
It is okay to give a speedy response however, always having a sense of urgency can kill your happiness. Not everything is an emergency. Some things can wait so you deal with what matters most. We do know that, in the business, you have some alarmists who are keen on sounding the alarm even when there is no smoke.
As a business, check the commitments you are making, your processes, what can be delegated, or perhaps even deleted? Check your time use, while an entrepreneur has the advantage of living life on their own terms, a team member may not have the same advantage. But it works either way. Are there distractions eating into your time, You must learn to invest in time and not spend time.
Also to note is that not everything is a priority or else you create unnecessary anxiety.
4. Get out of your comfort zone and remain innovative
More often than not, the day to day demands of running our businesses take out of step and at times we lose it. We become too comfortable and somehow stop thinking about growth. While it is okay that the level of business built creates a strong sense of security, we must watch it or we stop to innovate, ideate, create and take the risk. Business owners must remain healthy risk-takers or else they start to lose their core essence.
It is a lot of courage and doggedness to create and launch something new. You must be resilient to see that new idea through. While you are not expected to take unnecessary risks, it is however important that you get out of your comfort zone to remain innovative.

So if you are beginning to lose the once established harmony in your business, check your brand promise, your business value, and your pace. Hopefully, you have not become too comfortable and stopped innovating.
You do have the right to remain happy about your business!
